Invitation to the 1st Edition of Teknomotive

Brescia Italy Oct 20-22, 2011

The Italian Chamber of Commerce together with Alfin-Edimet are happy to invite you to visit the Teknomotive fair in Brescia (Northern Italy), the only exhibition in Italy with an international character dedicated to materials, technologies, components and subcontracting for the transport industry, from October 20-22, 2011.
If you are a 1st level suppliers of systems and finished components for the transport industry, planners and designers, manufacturers and assemblers of vehicles for the automotive, commercial and industrial transportation, rail, naval, aeronautic and special vehicles sectors and are interested in visiting this fair please send email to barbiero@italchambers.ca before September 9th, 2011 and you will receive a form to fill out.

All forms will be evaluated by Teknomotive and 6 companies will receive complimentary:

• Return / Round-trip economy travel from selected airports. Return Travel will be booked to the same port. Departure from Toronto Lester Pearson International Airport on 18th October Return on 23rd October;
• Accommodation (room, half-board and taxes), at one of Alfin-Edimet’s official hotels for the entire duration of the exhibition (from 19th October until 23rd October – 4 nights);
• Return/ Round-trip transfers from the airport and from the hotel to the show venue;
• Entry to TEKNOMOTIVE;
• Pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors of your choice in a personalized diary;
• Entry to official TEKNOMOTIVE events and selected technical sessions.

Guests will be required to:

• Actively participate in the Trade Matching Appointment Program;
• VIP Guests will be required to select and may receive and evaluate requests from exhibitors and after having accepted requests, rank in order of importance a number of appointment preferences, completing the number of appointment selections within the stated timeframe given by the Organising Secretariat;
• Have the required minimum number of appointments per day scheduled in their diary;
• Attend all appointments scheduled and included in the diary by the Organising Secretariat;
• Rearrange directly with the exhibitor if an appointment is missed;
• Wear business dress as a condition of entry to the Exhibition;
• Meet a minimum of eight (8) Trade Matching Appointments per day of attendance at the show;
• Conduct Trade Matching Appointments individually.
